The Swamp Knight
Knight of the Lotus, Lieutenant of the Unwelcome Order, Demigod of Hopeful Monsters
The Swamp Knight is an undead Material demigod and member of the Unwelcome Order: protectors and exemplars of "hopeful monsters", noble beasts and repentant villains. He is apparently the first inductee of the Order after their creator and captain, The Skull Knight. His arrival was then followed by The Valrav Knight and finally The Fossil Knight. He is also known as the Knight of the Lotus.
Scant little is known about this company of ascendant warriors, save what can be surmised from their appearances and open motivations; indeed, they have never given names and the names used by The Author are just colloquial. Unlike the rest of the Chaotic Good-aligned Unwelcome Order, the Swamp Knight is Chaotic Neutral-aligned; though loyal and cooperative to the Order, his notions of protection and "righting wrongs" sometimes takes on an air of vengeance or brutality.Appearance & Heraldry

His humanoid form is tall, broadshouldered and and male in manner; as such he may likely have been pureblood human (as opposed to the Meranthic majority), arakh or onidoshi in mortal life. The crest he wears on his shield & breastplate is a dark purple lotus flower on olive green. In humanoid form, he wields a greathammer named Gaia's Embrace.
