Deathless

One of more legitimately unhinged villains out there and a consummate muscle for hire, the Deathless remained a highly qualified villainous lieutenant for years. She was eventually apprehended by Titan in a rather vicious battle of both physical strength and minds, only to be freed by the Villain Alliance of America during their Liberation Festival attack.
Deathless is now free to roam the country again, her current allegiance (aside from an at least theoretical allegiance to the Villain Alliance) remains unknown.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

A rather curvaceous (some would say 'beautiful and feminine', even) woman, whose individuality keeps her body at 'peak physical condition' at all time. As a result, her skin is unblemished (unless she make some foreign object stick out of her body), her body has reasonably toned muscles, and she always looks about as beautiful and well-rested as humanly possible. She is also looking 18-20 years old at best.

Special abilities

Her individuality is called Eternity. It renders Deathless utterly and completely immortal (resulting in all attempts at her execution after Titan's fight failing miserably). All injuries regenerate in a manner of seconds. She can survive being beheaded (her head will regrow the rest of the body). She can survive being lethally poisoned, She can survive having her brain taken out of her skull.
Whatever injuries she suffers, she'll be inevitably up and running again quickly, her body returning to its 'designated natural state' on its own. Titan circumnavigated it by tearing off her limbs and stuffing her into a freezer that she couldn't escape from due to lacking space to regenerate her limbs. Motion to craft a personalized containment cell of similar nature and then drop her onto the sea bed or into outer space was in the works when she escaped, although despite her crimes it was generally considered to be too inhumane.
Her individuality keep her in 'perfect physical condition' result in her being suspected to be functionally immune to old age as well - there is a reason why she looks 18-20 years old while being, in fact, 32 years old. It also makes her extremely (but not inhumanly) strong - she is 'peak' healthy and trained by default, not really having to train at all to maintain potent physical strength and perfect physical condition at all times.
She still feels all the pain associated with her injuries. This doesn't seem to bother her due to her rather extreme case of masochism - if anything, you can expect her to grow more and more unhinged after suffering enough injuries in a short period of time due to enjoying it too much. Whether it's an afterffect of developing Eternity or the reason why Archvile gave it to her remains unknown.
She weaponized her regeneration in a rather peculiar way. When in 'nominal' state she is capable of operating normally, regardless of the amount of things stuck in her body (such as bullets and so on) - for as long as her individuality registers her as 'healthy', it will maker her body utterly disregard foreign matter stuck inside.
As a result of that discovery. she began to resort to self-mutilations in order to put various things in her body - typically bombs to be detonated with vocal commands, but sometimes knives (with hilt sticking out to allower her to pull it out at her will) or garrote threads, lockpicks and so on.
She, naturally, feels said objects in her body the whole time.

Apparel & Accessories

Whatever random clothes she gets her hands on. They tend to be badly damaged if not downright destroyed soon enough either way, so there is no need for a 'specialized' villain uniform.

Specialized Equipment

Bombs, grenades, knives, garrote threads, and more. Expect her to be carrying some weapons even if naked.

Personal history

Deathless' exact background remains unknown. She occasionally speaks with slight Russian accent, suggesting an immigrant from either the New Soviet Union or the Republic of Russia, however if so, then the authorities failed to find a match. Making her a most likely illegal immigrant. Her villain name (a possibly reference to Koschei the Deathless of Russian folklore) is another tip towards that.
She emerged as a villain lieutenant-for-hire under the auspices of the Villain Academy heavily hinting that her individuality might have been given to her by Archvile, but there is no certainty about that.
She was apprehended by Titan following a rather fierce battle during a raid against a Legion of Purity facility that she was garrisoned in at the time. She was sentenced to life in prison for multiple cases of first-degree murder, only to be freed by the VIllain Alliance of America during its opening attack of the Second Villain War. Deathless' current whereabouts are unknown.

Intellectual Characteristics

Deathless is utterly unhinged and unfettered to the extreme. This doesn't stop her from being highly intelligent and a reasonably skilful tactician. He one true weakness is her tendency to lose herself to the 'pleasures' of her individuality in battle, resulting in her acting irrationally.

Morality & Philosophy

Utterly remorseless and, frankly, completely insane. There is little coherent 'morality' in her, Deathless instead being mostly concerned with either getting off or getting paid to maintain her own existence. She lacks ties to anything and anyone in this world, making her loyalty a thing that lasts for as long as she is paid (although she sticks to the contracts, knowing full well that breaking them regularly would just make others NOT hire her anymore).

Strenghts

Competent field commander, a bullet (and attack in general) sponge that will always attempt to draw enemy attacks to her, an unpredictable close quarters combatant that can shrug even the strongest blows and remains nigh-invincible to non-physical attacks. Reasonably loyal for as long as she's getting paid.

Weaknesses

Tends to lose contact with reality after tanking enough blows, might follow orders in unpredictable ways due to being unhinged, tends to freak even her allies out. Really not a person to even attempt stealth.
