Magic Caravaan of Rik's

You see a a strange caravan. From the looks of it, it is an entire house on wheels. It is parked and light comes out of the windows of the wagon. An open sign hangs on the front door with the name of the wagon on it. "Magic Caravaan of Rik's".

Purpose / Function

The wagon doesn't sell a lot of magic items, but it specialises in acquiring and crafting items for giving people the ability of flight. Rik, the owner, is always willing to give his expertise on other questions, but won't sell or craft anything besides this list of inventory.
