The northeastern providence of Paxtopa falls under the egis of Eabsas family. It is comprised of the southern The Whispering Hills as well as some fertile lands stretching along the southern border.

The main town is Roseburgh, a growing frontier town founded only a few generations ago. Eabsas Keep is a squat three story tower.
