The Luminous

Manifested spirits of long past.
Luminous are the result of a Veskrian fighter having their soul violently stripped away whether it be in the form of combat or an unfortunate death, after which, their soul re-manifests their body... as well as the weapon that ended them and/or the wounds. They are restless souls wandering between the Mortal and Spiritual Plane.
Once a Luminous forms, they will have little to no memory of who they are, where exactly they came from, or whether or not that they are actually dead. Thus, they wear a mask.

Ecology and Habitats

Luminous wander between the Overworld and the Spiritual Plane in irregular patterns. One moment they're there, the next they're gone. Some may stay for longer periods of time

Facial characteristics

Khaa-Lumai always wear a form of mask with a glowing orb of energy above it. Colors vary between individuals. If the cause of death was by a weapon discarded, then the weapon will remain with them. Said weapon can be removed, however only for a short amount of time before it returns to its original placement.
