Salty Dog Supplies
Salty Dog Supplies is a niche shop and provides goods to docking ships that require repairs or replacements. Often repairs are done on ship with raw materials but Vincent was a former bosun and knows which items are most highly sough after by visiting crews and takes care to keep those items in stock.
Purpose / Function
Since Vincent has given up his role as bosun on the seas, he's chosen to keep his hands busy by selling ship supplies to other crews coming into port in Dagger Falls. Rigging, planks, sail patches, ropes, pulleys are just some of the items that Vincent has available in his store for purchase.
Architecture
A single story wood house located at the northern end of the dock, this storefront is refurbished from an old derelict house. The store front is rectangular and twice as long as it is wide, with a door leading to a second area which is Ross' living quarters. Ross' living area is sparsely furnished, as most of his time is spent in the shop. The storefront is messy, with gear and merchandise piled on top of table horses and benches positioned near the walls of the building, a large long table is situated in the center of the interior with various goods for sale laying atop it. Netting lines the walls, and there are folded and rolled sails propped up against the netting. Vincent has a standing desk and short table positioned close to the public entrance, where he deals with customers and finalizes sales.
