Here, elven elders come to record their lives before passing to Arvandor, their final moments imprinted in crystal, song, or magic echo. The Hall was founded during the Time of Withered Leaves, an era when many elves left the Flanaess or succumbed to despair after the Hateful Wars. Lian, grieving the loss of identity and lineage, petitioned Oakvein itself to offer space within its core—not for war councils or spellwork, but for remembrance.

As a sign of assent, the tree allowed its inner rings to spiral open, forming chambers of bark-layered memory that echo but do not decay. Over centuries, the Hall grew into a layered labyrinth of recollection, where every wall, crystal, and scroll sings the story of an elven life.
