Nessumonthu, the Wurm Old God of Torrezon, Lesser Diety of the Torrezon Pantheon, God of insects and desert travel.
Unknown to the people of Torrezon for several hundred years, Nessumonthu was brought to the attention of the Empire when a sect of his Tosculi priests brought word of his greatness to the Empress Joba Elmahdy, in hopes she would welcome them and him into the religious structure of the Empire. Joba was at first, disgusted by the Priests and the idea of what this monster could do to the people of the Empire. Nessumonthu however, understood her misgivings and instead decided to bestow her and the people of Torrezon with a gift, twelve large eggs. These eggs grew into the first Chiton.
Nessumonthu was killed during The Valcoran-Ssashathan War that caused the First Collapse of the Valcoran Empire by the Yuan-ti God Bongani.

It also had the ability to control, change, and speak to all insects.
