Vouri
Vouri lies on the eastern side of the Zarc mountain range. It formed after Dona Con tried to breach the Vouric pass during the Defense of the Vouric Pass. During that battle all the nation of the vouric people banded together to fight Dona Con. They are also close allies with the nation of Urile and while they aren't actively engaging Dona Con, they will often send supplies and soldiers secretly to Urile to fight them.
Structure
the structure of Vouri is a very loose one, their is the prime minister who is dicided by an election held every 6 years, then each region has a set of representitives that make up Vouri's house. the house votes upon different laws and programs to implement.
Culture
Vouri is the home land of the Vouric People, the Vouric people are very prideful and family oriented. they value their traditional culture and beliefs and will sternly protect those beliefs, even if it costs them their lives. This detication to their belief system has lead the vouric people to become very stubborn and determined, not given in no matter what kind of pressure is mounted upon them, the only people more stubborn then them are the Conshi.

Vouri is very focused on rebuilding their miltary force so they can return to war with their bitter enemey, Dona Con.
