Urile
Urile is the second strongest nation upon cha'oul, rivaling that of Dona Con. they are a civilization built upon magic and science, with a large portion of their population being able to cast magic. creativity and ingenuity are highly valued in their society, with many wonderous invention being the result creative spark. they are currently the only nation in an active war with Dona Con, the war has come to a stands still with neither side gain any ground.
Structure
Ruling over the entirety of the Urile is the Grand Council. The members of the Grand Council are directly elected by the people, the number of members fluctuate constantly. Regional lords are named by the Council and have them rule over parts of Urile in their name. These Regional lords don't make any laws, they just enforce the existing ones.
Culture
Urelian culture is one of creativity and engineering, they all strive to create something grand and be voted into the Grand Council. Humor is previlent throught their conversations, ecspecially since the war begain.

History
in the ancient days there was a great mage who is only remembered as the Founder. The Founder was a great inventer, creating grand devices that improved the lives of all around them. He taught the people many thing and had mentored many mages in his time and because of him the region of the early cha'oul had many more magic users the then the rest of the continent. After his passing, his students went out across the land, following his teachings and used their power to teach and improve the lives of those around them. After generations, many mini nation begain forming upon the sub-continent, each following some variation of The Founder's teachings. Finally, in 14140 WD many of the nations upon the sub-continent joined together in a united federation called Urile.
