Ties of blood bind those descended from the First and the Elders together. Like all families, though, not everyone agrees with each other or decisions made.
The Pack is home, accepting both those of blood and bite into it. Not all agree with Pack law, however, or the allegiances they have forged.
Magic holds the Sects together in blood and allegiances forged in battle bind them to the Slayers. Not all wish vampires dead, however, and other allegiances lurk in the shadows.
Familial bonds, a warrior's respect, and hatred of vampires holds these Clans together. Not everyone follows the same visions of the future though...or the same hatred.
There are the everyday Joes and Janes...and then there are those that know what lurks in the darkness. Some simply fear it, others accept it, and still more join in the hunt for it.
Outcast and outsider, the half-cursed belong to no one. They walk the line between immortal and mortal, sharing the blood of a vampire but not belonging to them...nor to whatever they may have been before.
