Carmen Angelina Stoker
Carmen is the middle Stoker child. She graduated the Amarillo academy and after spending two years in the field, received a career-ending injury to her right arm during a hunt, in which vampire claws did irreparable damage to her muscles and tendons.
While recovering from her injuries, Carmen studied to become a legal expert and worked out of the Amarillo agency as a lawyer for vampire-related trials, but after her brother's death gave up the permanent position in favor of traveling nationally to teach seminars on Nightlife Law at various hunter academies across the United States. Carmen has become a sought-after speaker, as her grasp of the nuances of vampire law is impressive.

Carmen wears a brace on her right arm that extends from her upper bicep to her wrist. After she shattered her elbow in a hunt, she's needed the brace ever since.
