Valoroth

Geography

Valoroth is surrounded by land on all sides except for the West, where it meets The Gleaming Sea.
The realm is approximately 1500 miles long from North to South and approximately 750 miles across at its widest point. Across open ground and roads, an average person walking on foot will travel 24 miles per day, when mounted they will travel 48 miles per day. When moving across difficult terrain or in extreme weather, this number is halved.
To walk the length of the realm would take you almost two months. And to ride that distance would take a month.

Natural Resources

To the north, bordering the Everglades, there is a wealth of lumber.
In the barony of Alden, a great gold mine provides much of the wealth for the crown.
The mountains on the barony of Ironhall provide much of the realm's steel.
