Westport

Westport is home to the scoundrels and criminals of the realm. Controlled by a group of crime lords, Westport does not follow Valoroth law. Visitors to the island must adhere to the rules of the town or city they are in, and should they break those rules they should not expect a fair trial.
The largest city in Wesport is Riddleport; a sprawling mass of brothels, casinos, taverns, and fighting houses. It’s through Riddleport that many of the imported goods into Valoroth flow.
The Mayor of Riddleport, and the defacto leader of Westport is Gwendolyn Turner. A former pirate, Turner commands the largest fleet in the Gleaming Sea.
Although Westport is not part of Valoroth, Turner was loyal to King Marius and has no love for Richard the Protector.
