Lochney (LOCK-nee)

Plains Half-elves harbor the inner and eastern edges of Lochish. From the foothills of the mountains to the Salt Plains to the east, and Mirdrinda in the center, Plains Half-elves are the most ubiquitous of the two types half-elves. Typically good traders and benevolently cunning, plains Half-elves are travelers by nature and have a spirit of adventure only matched by the Halflings.
