Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Incredibly fit and sturdy, but in the way a powerlifter would be.
Body Features
Short and stout in the most literal sense, Sufjan’s heft is equal parts fat and muscle. He has the build of someone building muscle for strength, not appearance, with a large belly and generally wide features in every direction. The one thing he is not is limber-all of his movements have immense force and purpose to them, but nothing graceful.
Facial Features
Sufjan has a long beard, deep red, that he braids elaborately each morning. He keeps his head shaved bald, revealing a few scars from his years: a fine-line scar above his left eye from a brawl, and a burn scar on his right temple from an oil splatter.
Special abilities
Sufjan has training in both potions and booze, and can whip up beautiful concoctions using his yarmulke of bartending. His potion repertoire is more rigid, but he can brew some powerful effects, such as resistance potions and of course his laxative.
Apparel & Accessories
While he’s in armor more and more these days, Sufjan’s day-to-day wear is his barkeep’s outfit: Rough-hewn pants and shirt, with any color in them long faded, and a leather apron stained by juice and liquor. He wears a small circular earring in each ear, but doesn’t accessorize much otherwise.
Specialized Equipment
Armor of Adrenaline: “A set of shining, streamlined plate armor sits atop the full-bodied dwarven mannequin before you. Its mithril alloy glints in the shop’s candlelight and fills you with a sense of vigor.”
Sufjan’s warhammer, while not terribly interesting in appearance, handles slightly lighter than its true weight, making each swing more forceful, to the point that the swooshing sound of the swing is almost as noticeable as the sound of cracking armor and bone when it connects.

Personal history
Born into an expatriated family of dwarven scholars, Sufjan left his family at a very young age after a dispute between his mother and brother. Soon he found himself in Valenacht, where Archibald Wood, an old family friend, took him under their wing. He apprenticed in the brewer's trade, even learning to use the medicinal brewing herbs, and found talent as a barkeep, though his style of managing patrons is more forceful than charismatic.

Apprenticed under Archibald the Amicable and Sir Helix. Formal dwarven education from his family (although he left shortly after learning basic magic).

Saved Valenacht from The Smiling God, prevented the assassination of Nadia Moor by House Gavinies (at least for now)!
Intellectual Characteristics
Sufjan has a knack for remembering recipes, which makes him a quick learner at both potions and booze. He’s not very bookish, however; he has an intuition for magic but could never study it as closely as his family wanted him to.
Morality & Philosophy
Despite his family’s intellectual background, Sufjan’s experience as a bouncer then as a barkeep means he well understands the role of violence in enforcing order. When Sufjan is at the bar, his first concern is order and his second concern is his patrons. Obviously he’s not murdering rowdy patrons, but he’s not afraid to rough people up if they need to be put in line. When he’s adventuring, his party becomes his bar--”law and order” is the safety of his friends, and while he may not always agree with Loki's and Helga's methods, their actions and selves become the moral default which Sufjan will enforce through violence on their enemies. He will only disagree with his party when their actions seem needlessly cruel, especially now that he has built a semblance of trust with Loki.
