Archfey
Fey creatures of enough power to govern a full-sized domain within the Plane of Creation.
When a fey being garners enough standing to begin to change the world around them, they become an Archfey. They usually have unpredictable magic abilities that do not confirm to the rules of The Weave. Their form may be mutable, but at minimum, they will look different to the creature they started their existance as.
While not technically true, some believe that to be an archfey, one must either lead a fey court or rule over a fey domain. Those with particularly small holdings are sometimes known as "minor archfey".
The archfey with the most standing is deemed the royal archfey and is the de facto leader of the Plane of Creation. This changes regularly.
Requirements
With increased fey standing comes increased power through the Plane of Creation. While standing may be gained by acting within one's own purpose - such as a dryad protecting their tree - the standing required to begin mantling the abilities of an archfey usually requires leadership over others or an act of world-changing importance.
Current Archfey:
As planar beings, archfey are roughly equivalent to counterparts that act in positions of authority on other planes of existence, such as demon lords, archdevils or high celestials.
