Shadow Documents

The Shadow Law requires that every Shadow Kind living within Seattle present themselves to the Shadow Investigation Headquarters to register. Each new arrival is first issued their Shadow Documents that serve as their identification within the city. These papers serve as a means for Draco Industries to keep a census of the Shadow Kind living within Seattle.
The papers include the following information:

• Faction
• Race
• Magical abillities
• emloyment capacity

Seattle Documents

After they have been issued their Shadow Documents, they are then issued their Seattle Documents. The registration teams helps them build a new identity for themselves that they can use within Seattle. These papers include all the standard government identification.

Mundane Education

Each Shadow Kind is then given the option to work for Shadow Investigations Unit. In return, they are paid with room and board as well as a Mundane education plan. Working within Draco Industries also gives them access to the well established Shadow Intergration programs which include work oppurtunities within Seattle, social events and the Mentor Program which pairs the Shadow Kind up with a Mundane who can help them learn about Mundane culture.
