This team is known for being able to talk its way out of anything. These are the smooth talkers, the negotiators, and the hagglers. This is the team brought in when weapons cannot be used, when even the brandishing of firearms is considered a total failure. They never give the appearance of aggression, not even when the situation goes out of control. Some in the department say this team is the wave of the future, where words rather than bullets will solve disputes.
