The Thirteen

The name associated to the group of six adventurers who have begun to make quite the name for themselves in Aldir, specifically in the city of Amaranthine.

History

The group was organized under rather random circumstance when they each found themselves in the hinterland village of Northcrest for different reasons. While there the village came under attack by an advanced scouting party of The Kahir and the group joined in arms (because they were getting paid to) to fight off the invaders from the south and give the civilians a chance to escape. The group would stay together for the next few weeks, traveling to Amaranthine and then gather again shortly after the outbreak of the Aldiran revolution when they were offered a partnership in the famous Krebeaux Northern Expedition of the Wastes. The groups most iconic achievement to date was when they battled the then pit fighting champion, Dwayne "The Rock Golem" Johnson, in the Amaranthine Pits. It was here they were given their name, The Thirteen, when the announcer asked what the group was called and Gerome the Gnome began shouting "Thirteen" and everyone else just went along with it.
