Jaylyse
A distant traveler from the nomadic Dragon Clans of Fefiera, Jaylyse has come to Aldir to put as much distance as possible between herself and her abusive father. Along the way she has discovered a magical heritage inside her and has only just begun to discover the power that she possesses.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Like most dragonborne, Jaylyse looks like a humanoid dragon crossbreed. Descendant from the icy dragons of the north her appearance is very similar to that of a White Dragon of Chromatic heritage.
Body Features
Thanks in part to her dragon heritage, certain patches of Jaylyse's skin are covered with the crystal white scales of a White Dragon, making these patches of her skin virtually invulnerable to physical damage.
Facial Features
She looks...like a dragon person...I don't know how to describe that.
Special abilities
Drawing power directly from her Draconic heritage, Jaylyse has the ability to emulate certain abilities of her white dragon ancestors, including unleashing a gale of icy breath cold enough to kill on contact.

Coming from noble birth, she often adorns herself in clothing that is finer than that of the general population.

Personal history
Raised as local nobility in the Dragon Clans of @Fefiera, Jaylyse was born to a family who's patriarch squandered their wealth. As one of the available women of the clan, Jaylyse was arranged to be married off to join with another clan who's wealth was intact and would therefore restore her family's lost wealth. This was not the future she wanted, and with no love for her abusive father, Jaylyse ran...she ran so far away...
She has been aware of the magical talent that lied dormant within her since she was a kid, but out of fear for how her father might react she hid that talent until her young adult years where she began learning the arcane arts from a local artist who himself had once been a great sorcerer, until he had hurt the one he loved with his power. At first the artist was reluctant to teach her anything, but as he got older and closer to death he taught her his magicks if for no other reason than to keep the skills alive and pass on the knowledge.
Given her rough treatment at the hands of her father and brothers, Jaylyse has a rather harsh view of the world and thus far her power has given her the ability to exert her will over others. The artisan that taught her saw potential in her however, and went to his grave hoping that she would grow to find compassion for others and use the skills he taught her for good.

Motivation
Jaylyse is primarily motivated by greed, and will do practically anything if the price is right.
Deep down she desperately wants to prove herself to her family, and in some regard make them sorry for treating her so poorly. She is pursuing wealth to secure their love...hopefully.

She likes the moneyz, and has a passing interest in fine art.
Vices & Personality flaws
Obsessed, to a certain degree, with things of rare or astronomical value, Jaylyse will do all sorts of shameful things in pursuit of objects of great value, especially artworkrz.
Personality Quirks
Given her family's history of poverty, Jaylyse does not let go of money easily and it is not uncommon for her to tirelessly haggle over pricing wherever she goes. Additionally her noble heritage has lead her to be kind of snobbish and look down on those she perceives and beneath her status.
