Aloysius Stark

Aloysius Stark is known as a great thinker of United Britannia and Hibernia. In addition to creating the Council in 80 CE and being the first Council Minister, Stark created many other institutions as well.   There is a famous statue of Stark in the Magisteria, along with a statue of Minerva Fox, the first woman Council Minister.

Institutions

Stark is most famous for his creation of the Council, but that is hardly all he is famous for. In addition to that, he also created the legal system of the UBH, which is still in use today. He also helped to build and create the Academy and Institute and aided in making education compulsory.   Perhaps even most importantly, he stopped the "sport" of hunting humans that some witches had begun to participate in.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Stark always seemed to be old to everyone that knew him; even as a child, he seemed to be far older than he was. Because he went gray at age 35, people always perceived him as older than he was, which helped his credibility immensely.

He served as Minister of the Council for 60 more years and eventually retired at age 80. He lived until the age of 111, after suffering from Mortem and Vitia.
