Purpose
Täsho Blallo Narurch of Fröckdt wrote this letter to the rogue Kezedfrunch cell to give them as much information as possible to succussed in their Attack on Konn Prünnzu Tradtar Scheif.

As one of the leaders in Kwönnsch Püerngsing Blallo has insider knowledge of the inner workings of security tipped off Kezedfrunch that a Train with some supplies for Konn Prünnzu Tradtar Scheif at night. This gives Nyesi Ncasssekwa and Aùshe Sûngâzuōng the idea to use the train to get to the reactor.
The letter also included several security codes in order to bypass security to get into the reactor as well as the instructions to use the main elevator and to be aware of high security. Blallo advised Kezedfrunch to either hire a Mercenary or bring enough equipment to deal with it. This led to them hiring Raga Soyla to help the mission and create a bomb to deal with the reactor.
Blallo also include some layout of the reactor which helped Nyesi and Fansed plan the movements of the Bandana Squad to hold various sections and fall back to Nyiltokti's plate infrastructure to escape into Schtrücker Lunnlai.
Publication Status
After writing the letter Blallo Narurch sent it to Quim Brear through a Postal Train that was being protected by Yoa Raillab a Schällk Fröckdt that was also sent to patrol Schlullk De as not to drive suspension. This was doable because Yoa is low ranking in Fröckdt.

Background
Blallo Narurch wrote this letter after Kezedfrunch Headquarters bombed a Hatchery because he preferred the cells that focus on Pfussäwinn Witts and the infrastructure to minimize death tolls so the death count at the hatchery doesn't happen again.
