Dragonfire Forge

Of all of the strange and wonderful things that the Miylian Elders made there is one that almost out shines them all. The Dragonfire Forge, can make any metal as strong as dragon scales and bone.

Before the Milylian Elders disappeared from the face of Miyla they made a lot of cool artifacts that have also been lost to time. One of these items is the mysterious Dragonfire Forge. The forge was built somewhere in the mountains of Miyla, but no one knows where. The most likely places for the forge to be is near lay line and volcano.
The forge has the power to make weapons and armor that is as strong as dragon scales and bone. After all the scales and bones of dragons make for perfect armor and weapons with the only downside being how heavy they are. If a blacksmith made an iron sword in the Dragonfire Forge that iron sword will be just as good as a dragon bone sword.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The forge was carved out of the mountainside by the Miylian Elders with the help of a few friendly dragons. The dragons breathed into the forge lighting it with Dragonfire while the ELders used their magics to connect the forge to a local lay line. The fires of the forge are said to never go out. The magic of the lay line and the Dragonfire is how the forge can magically make better weapons and armor.

Significance

It is really hard to get a dragon to part with their scales. It is even more difficult to get dragon bones. The forge was made to bypass the dragons all together. That may mortals and elves could make dragon quality armaments without asking the dragons for the material.
