Jiebo Meelacha Nyiltokti Bringa which is headquartered in
Der Roch the red light disterect of
Nyiltokti located in
Schlullk Brasschwerch of the city. Chiaria keeps mostly to himself and puts a lot of care in taking care of his
Jiebo Meelacha and running his
carriages throughout the ground distcircts of Nyiltokti. However there is more to the business and Chiaria than what meets the eye. Chiaria uses the carriages to transport illegal goods such as drugs,
Konn Prünnzu, and even people to become
Tiaad Breiceart. The reason why he does this is that he is one of the leaders of
Fal Uafrúl and in an elite group called
Fiart.

He is tall, fit, and rugged-looking.
He is one of the few elves who has grown a beard.

He works for Fal Uafrúl as a member of Fiart and the leader of smuggling operations that are run out of his business.
Personality Characteristics
Chiaria doesn't care about
Bridt Schtricksüker or
Pfussäwinn Witts and holds no strong opinion to either because they both choose to ignore Der Roch allowing him to move goods under their noses regardless of was in charge. All he cares about is making money and moving the goods and he gets annoyed if he is not being paid or if the goods are in fact not moving.
He likes to gamble and that always runs the risk of losing a lot of money.
Social
Frú Trénnansea who gets goods from off-world from. They two use to be close but they had a falling out and try to professional around each other. Chiaria works with
Limir Nuwi to smuggle people through the city and
Bridt Sche and the two get a long pretty well, in fact Chiaria has spent time at Limir's
Dithracht Litha Driag.
The main stable holds twelve Jiebo Meelacha, Chiaria loves his birds and treats them like family and sometimes even better than his employees.
Since Chiaria use to live in the country of Bridt Sche he has picked up while living there which sounds odd coming from his elven mouth.

As the leader of smuggling, he has gained wealth through those activities as well though he doesn't show it. Chiaria has also got money from his champions winning tournaments at Shōnt Der Roch and betting.
