Mimic is a catch-all term for any creature that takes the form or bears a striking resemblance to a Demmer object. Most will use this as a way to aid in their survival, whether it is in camouflage, transportation, or hunting.

Mimics come to two main groupings, though which one any given specimen falls inot is often subject to debate.

Soft Mimics

Those who keep a passing resemblance to an everyday object, whether through design or circumstance. Most can be fairly easily identified as an anomaly upon further examination.

Hard Mimics

Those whom directly take the form of a Demmer made object. They are generally fairly difficult to pick out from the object they are imitating unless you know what to look for.

Mimic is a catch-all term for any creature able to or taking the form of an everyday object. Most will use this as a way to aid in their survival, whether it is in camouflage, transportation, or hunting.

Mimics come in many different forms. Most will have a fixed set of forms they can take, generally being able to switch between only two. One more mundane form and one more monstrous that they use to hunt. Though not all Mimics are predatory and some like the Bhook are even socially intelligent and are able to interact with the world in the same manner as most other races.
