Summary

A leading military commander of the Tachibana Clan and a skilled samurai in her own right. Yufu Korenobu is a massive woman in many respects. Her stature, her personality, and her sense of humor are all so grand that she seems to fill any room she's in, regardless of size. Though not as jaded as her partner and friend, Ono Shigeyuki, she too is a veteran who places practicality and the lives of her men over such concepts as glory or victory. This tendency makes her popular with the lowest soldiers, but also rather unpopular with the nobles of the clan. Those high-born tend to look down on her boasting, her pragmatism, her fraternization with the troops, and overall, her tendency to act like an average commoner rather than a commander befitting her station. As mentioned before, she has a close relationship with Ono Shigeyuki, and together they make up the Twin Walls of the Tachibana. These are the commanders Tachibana Ginchiyo deploys when she is concerned not with a glorious victory, but rather an efficient battle with minimal casualties.

Yufu Korenobu is a melee tank with extremely high LP who specializes in withstanding damage. She is relatively lightly armored, cannot see magic, and has little defense against supernatural assaults, but is unmatched in sheer sustainable resilience.
