Owari Castle
A castle not far from the coast of Owari Province which historically served as the seat of the Oda Clan's power. It is here that Oda Nobunaga built her clan up to the height at which it threatened to unite the country and end the anarchy of the warring states. With Nobunaga's departure, the castle is now a monument to her achievements, but does not possess nearly the power or strategic significance it once did.
Owari Castle is of relatively humble design, despite being over three stories tall. It is as much an abode as a fortress, with allowances made for tea rooms, winding paths, and meditative gardens alongside the walls and guard towers of a traditional fortress.
