Archprovost Yves de Grannet

Yves de Grannet is the Archprovost of Profetta Torre. He is the oldest and longest standing of the current Archprovosts, having been in his position for nearly 20 years. He is not a particularly capable wizard, being more interested in the interpretation of omens and phophecy than any actual arcane abilities.
He comes across as a calm and kindly old man, and with his long hair and beard and sparkling deep blue eyes, combined with his insistence on always wearing the most formal blue robes of his position and a tall pointed hat, he epitomises the public perception of a mysterious wizard.
His office is located across several stories at the top of the Tower, and is filled with strange artefacts, most of which have no real magical power.

In the hands of a true diviner, even the most mundane items can see the truth of reality.
