Archprovost Jean-Baptiste Bouchard (a.k.a. Baronet of Maullon)
Jean-Baptiste is the Archprovost of Ampara Torre. Born into a minor noble family of Mustoir itself, he grew up deeply ingrained in the politics of the day. His close association with Mathion Paucard led to him being awarded the Baronetcy of a local small town (Maullon). He is a magical technique purist, prefering form and precision of process over the actual power of the magic which is created.
