Watcher's Shield
This gleaming metal shield is heavily embossed with imagery of the Watching Father. The eye image on the front gets bolder and more complex as it awakens, and the geometric lines glow whenever a feature is used.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
Dormant State: It increases your defence even beyond a normal shield does. You are immune to being frightened.
Awakened State: It further increases your defence. When you have to defend against magical spells or affects you are more likely to succeed.
Empowered State: Your defence increases even further. The immunity to being frightened extends to everybody you wish within 20ft of you as long as you're conscious, and the save increase to anyone within 10ft of you.
