Vereesa Windrunner

Vereesa Windrunner is the Ranger-General of Lórien, and became so after Sylvanas took the role of queen. She is the youngest sister of Alleria and Sylvanas.

History

Vereesa is a member of the prominent Windrunner family of the high elves. Her elder sisters Alleria and Sylvanas, the later eventually rose to the ranks of queen of Lórien.
The young Vereesa was inducted into the entry ranks of the rangers some time before the Orc War, rising to become among the best of her training group. More than one of her tutors scolded her for her reckless attitude and fighting style, derogatorily comparing her impatience to that of a Human's. She did not take an active part in the Orc War itself, presumably due to a lack of experience.
Vereesa had a particularly close relationship with Sylvanas, whom she looked up to and tried to emulate her entire life. Especially after her parent death during the Orc War.
