Raskan Viledron

was the intendant of the village serving as the Elven Rebels outpost. He was in charge of managing the work in the construction of the new outpost in the ancients ruins within the Wood of the Vale, and played a role in the Elven Rebellion.

History

Rebels

Raskan is a rebel, under the order of Valia Abalhan he manage the ressources within the headquarters of the elven rebels. Upon the adventurers' return from the Elemental Plane of Fire, they were determined to confront the rebels and engage in battle. He did not engage in fight, not for a lack of conviction, but for a lack of bravery to face the adventurers. He instead retreated towards the portal, a move he deeply regretted as Valia Broke the portal, expulsing Raskan into another plane.

Seven Hell

Raskan had to go through hell to come back to the material plane. Literally as he was launched directly on Luxuria, in the middle of a battlefield opposing angels and devils. Almost losing his life countless times as he rushed to the basalt citadel, Raskan realized he could buy his way out of this place, but the price was steep, too steep for him.
Raskan started to starve, to let himself wither away and die, it was at this time that one of the devil under Fury's command saw him, taking a liking in the elf, the dragon-like devil Took Raskan to Fury, who proposed a pact to the elf.
Fury would give him what he needed to come back to the material plane, but he had to repay her, for every gold he would borrow, Fury asked for a soul. Raskan, with a newfound hope accepted, If the rebels had survived, he would sway them and sell their souls as they left him to die and rot.
Thanks to Fury, he came back to the material plane and realized the rebels were almost extinct and the adventurers had freed the kingdom of the elves and took over its leadership.
Raskan started to gather the despaired, and those left from the rebels, uniting them under the old banner of the rebels as they were now called "the afflicted". He promised them a new life, as they would never trust a kingdom again, and turned the afflicted into a syndicate.
Thanks to his deal with Fury, Raskan was bestowed with great power, aware of his physical weakness however, he used those powers to only be known as the benefactor, his anonymity granting him political advantage. His identity is impervious to discovery efforts by magical means.
