Kailkoseltii
The Kailkoseltii, informally known as the Kailko or Fire Elves(rare), are a group of elves who live in the southern parts of Waal Zaimyatl, nearing the border with The Vosti Empire. They are notorious for not enjoying the company of humans, especially the Vosti.
They are the least populous group of elves, as many chose to return to the elven plane of reality during the time that portals were able to operate. Those that remain all speak Elven, with only a handful knowing enough Vostan to communicate with humans. These members are often closest to the border, and know enough to tell humans to leave.
