The Mercenaries Guild

Description

The mercenaries guild, is a place for adventures and mercenaries alike that seeks jobs, payment and sometimes adventure. The people you will find there are usually of rougher skin, and not the light hearted as there's a plenty of odd jobs some cruel and dark, and some good with the intention of helping others. The quests can be of a wide variety, but the guild has a system to make sure that the quest at hand is not without reach, as the ranking system is there to guide new adventures and mercenaries on their way to gain more rewards but also more adventure and danger, they wouldn't let a copper rank do a diamond rank quest as that diamond rank quest would be too dangerous to newcomers of the guild.
Any person can join the guild, but the guild requires a fee to make sure that said person is dedicated enough to do the jobs, as sometimes the mercenaries guild may call upon you for an emergency quest or request, you will get handsomly rewarded for doing such a quest, but it may be more dangerous then your average quest board quest.

Ranks

Copper rank:

The Copper rank is for newcomers of the guild, new mercenaries or new adventures matters not, the quest at this rank may be simple to helping out a village to do some farming or rebuild a well or to slay a small group of goblins or bandits.

Silver rank:

The Silver rank is for less experianced mercenaries and aventures, those who have done a few quests of variety here and there of the copper rank. The quests they are able to take now include copper rank quests, but also the silver rank which could include protecting a noble in their mansion or protecting their carriage, or infiltrating a bandit camp or attacking one of smaller scale.

Gold rank:

The Gold rank is for experianced adventures who has seen their fair share of combat and quests along their way, they are able to access silver and copper rank quests, alongside their own ranks quests, which include fighting along side a noble in a war if said noble has requested mercenary support from the guild, or fighting a larger camp of either goblins or bandits as both can be a dangerous foe to lesser experianced fighters.

Diamond rank:

The Diamond rank has experianced most if not all quests and combat experiances, they are top of the line mercenaries that can do any quest they desire, they are the ones called upon for special missions, or incredibly dangerous ones, as an example a dragon attacking a village or town if the guards of said town is not able to handle it, they do not buckle under any circumstance.

Jade rank:

The famous Jade rank of the mercenaries guild, not many has ever reached this rank and it is rarely ever seen amongst the people of the guild, as those who bear it is, has exceptional talent, skill or abilities that exceeds even the best of a nation, they are the ones the guild calls upon if even diamond rank mercenaries is unable to handle a task, for if even the diamond ranks cannot handle a situation, something truly has gone wrong, an example of this, could be a person of immense power to that of a demi-god that wishes to rise the dead and cause a wasteland of disease and death.
