Laeroth Bisandoral

Description

Laeroth Bisandoral was a tyrant in every sense of the word, he saw none above him and saw all below him, he trusted only a few people and even then, he didn't trust them fully. He was a fan of slavery in the sense that the weak, the once with no magic or little magic should be worked harder as they were lesser people in his eyes, that is how he decided who was worthy, as those with higher ring tier magic, was seen as nobility and were worth to be in his presence. He was a hated king by the populace, only the nobility supported him.

History

Childhood

Laeroth Bisandoral had an opportunistic upbringing. He was entered by his father king Dakos Bisandoral, into the most prestigious magic school in all of Seralia and was the only heir to the throne, as his mother queen Teraene Bisandoral was unable to birth healthy children besides Laeroth, which made him a bit of a miracle which explains why he was given so many opportunities. Laeroth was a devious kid as he enjoyed playing pranks or tricking people. Every maid and butler knew to watch themselves around him, as he would flip the skirts of the maids and try to take the pants off the butlers, as he enjoyed seeing people flustered or embarrassed. Nobody truly knew why he enjoyed it, but he just did. His tutors and mentors tries to teach him such acts should not become a normal occurance, and began to scold Laeroth. Laeroth later in his childhood slowly became a bit rebellious as he just wanted to do as he wished which slowly made him more arrogant in his later years.

Teenage Years

Later in Laeroth's years Teenage years, his magical power grew quicker then most, which was contributed by his bloodline of mages and sorceress, and he took advantage of that, he showed off his powers, outdoing every class in an arrogant manner, many of his classmates didn't approve his this show of arrogance, but was too afraid to do anything as they were nobles and he was the Prince. He quickly started going with the wrong crowd, which his dad king (name here) took notice of and so did his mother queen (name here), they did not approve of this, and told him such arrogance is not welcome in their family, Laeroth scuffed it off and kept getting scolded throughout his teenage years.

Adulthood

Laeroth's Adulthood was quite different from his childhood and Teenage years, as now the option to fool around with women and his old noble friends, was no longer available, he was now the heir to the throne and the prince, and now had more serious matters to tend to as now he would become part of the political and military scene, as he now got his own battalion of men and royal guards he had command over, he longed for his old life, but at the same time a spark grew within him. Over the many years of his adulthood, he changed from being a man of joy and merry to a Strict general and man and a steadfast one, any who had been under him noticed so as well. Every soldier under his command would come to understand that Laeroth would rule with an Iron fist, and defying him was not an option.
Under the (link toschkan expansion war), Laeroth was a General that withstood anything, as his training of his men and his charisma could be seen throughout the battlefield, he was unwavering in battle, and did not take defeat as an option, due to his mindset many a people lost their lives as he did not accept retreat unless necessary.
As the (link toschkan expansion war) ended, Laeroth decided to begin to look for a wife, as his father now demanded it, unbeknownst to Laeroth at this time, his father had been struck in battle and did not have long. Laeroth began looking for sutors but none was of his taste, as he felt pressured by his dad, he asked a noble friend if he had any that they knew, the noble friend informed Laeroth they did, one of his maids they jokingly said. Laeroth on the other hand was quitre serious and got the maid brought in, he looked at the maid and was starstruck, and told himself she was the one, he not long after married her, while she wasnt entirely on board with this, she was no magic user and wished not to cause the royal family harm.
Laeroths father king Dakos Bisandoral asked if he was sure with this decision as there was suitors from the (sand kingdom), Laeroth confirmed he was sure and his father accepted his choice and welcomed her, though not long after their wedding, Laeroths father king (name here) died from his uncureable wounds, as they could not have been treated as none knew the cure to it, Laeroth learned of his fathers death and cursed the healers that could not help him, but another spark lit up in Laeroth the same night, this means that he now has power to take the throne and so he did not long after was now the official king to the throne of The Seralian Kingdom.
As he became the king of The Seralian Kingdom, he confronted his fathers advisers and asked them what should be done next, they informed they should plan for the future, and maybe start an alliance with the Toschkans as his late father had in mind, unfortunately Laeroth was completely against it and held a grudge against the Toschkan kingdom, his advisors tried their best to convince him but was eventually dismissed, Laeroth decided to talk to his fellow noble friends, some which were struggling and some which were the "wrong people" that he used to go around with, they suggested to make a truce with the kingdom, as that would be best for now and the economy, at the same time, they were greedy and had a request. Laeroth confused asked what this request was, that all that did not know magic or only tier one magic, would be "unpaid" workers if Laeroth understood their gist, he understood what they meant, not sure he agreed with it, as he remembers his wife, he informs them he'll think about their request.
A few years after this request was made, he soon had a son (link alinar bisandoral). Alinar looked up to his father, for being a steadfast man, and trained in the sword as he grew up just like his father, but soon this respect would change.

Late Adulthood

As the years go by Laeroth became more and more corrupted as he began to slowly ignore his advisors and in the end dismissing them completely and replacing them with his old friends who were just as corrupted as him. Eventually, due to his greed he agreed to the request, which his wife heard about, and not knowing her fate, fled from the kingdom. Laeroth hurt and angered by this decision he cursed his wife, and blamed her for not knowing magic. He carried on being the king and enacted not long after his wife leaving, the act that all those with no magic or only tier 1 magic, should be payed less or nothing, for the sole reason that they are a burden to the kingdom for not being able to contribute, while many disagreed and never understood his reasoning as it had no evidence or validity to it, only those in his circle and those who requested it knew it was but an excuse to make the rich, richer.
Laeroth soon became "The Corrupt King" as many people soon began to hate him for his policy and his views, he also soon became paranoid as attempts on his life had been made and soon started thinking that only he could be right, he started even jailing or outright executing his former allies and those of his inner circle for "treason" which had no validity or proof. Soon his son grew to be of age and the prince of the Seralia, Alinar Bisandoral (link here) scolded Laeroth and told him he changed, and that he wants nothing to do with his policies and enactments. Laeroth thought about this for days, but as he was too narrow-minded to see his mistakes, he blamed his son for being so stupid to not see the bigger picture, but in reality there was no bigger picture only his naivety and greed and that eventually that got the better of him, as he was sleeping a shot could be heard throughout the castle walls of (link dawnwick city here). The guards rushed to his chambers and found him dead, with a mark, that none had ever seen, only to be assumed as the mark of an assassin.
