The Etcher's Guild

Only Anotheros could save so much of Razdelin's lost knowledge and still seem like arrogant, pompous pricks while they do so.

The Etcher's Guild once belonged in Razdelin. A hub of knowledge, they collected information on every Soul Arm in Thysia so that anyone could trace their lineage or deeds, they also invented the art of 'etching'. Which is the most efficient way to mimic Soul Arm runes to place enchantments on weapons and armour. 
When Razdelin completed their inheritance ceremony however, the cataclysm was caused. This resulted in an earthquake so violent that the country was split in two and forced miles apart, splitting the county to the north and south sides. 
The Etcher's Guild, by a cruel twist of fate, was set in the centre of the country and so, in mere moments, had been destroyed and sent to the bottom of the ocean. 
The country's of Thysia set about trying to 'fix' the etcher's guild and support Razdelin in their moment of need. But, to the surprise of all, Anotheros took an extra step and chose to rebuilt the Etcher's guild in their own country. Whether out of good intentions, greed and desire for knowledge or simply so that they could be regarded as the saviours of Razdelin was irrelevant. 
The Etcher's guild was rebuilt and has been slowly building up it's stock of knowledge ever since to hopefully one day return to it's former glory. 
It has also been used as a centre for inventing, a museum of Anotheros' support of Razdelin and also as an academy for high end artificers and inventors.
The Etcher's Guild have benefitted deeply with the Anotheros law that any who visit Anotheros MUST register with the Etcher's guild so that there may be record of their Soul Arm added to the knowledge stores.

Structure

The Etcher's Guild is organised by the head etcher who is elected from the etchers in the guild and voted on to organise and control the faction building. They are in charge of organising and ensuring no crimes are committed whilst inside the guild building.
He has a cadre of Anotheros Gears under his command that he has sole control over.
