He is exactly what a town as exciting and new as Samtal need. Measured, experienced and serious enough to ensure he does not get carried away in his stewardship under the eye of Izim Faralda Pallinee.

Head Orcanist Jacqsel Darwel reflects on the Izim's appointing Terrowak as the steward of Samtal.

Terrowak Bright is a Tabaxi from South Razdelin. 75 years old with greying fur and one green eye whilst the other is milky and blind. Terrowak is a well known and esteemed politician within Razdelin who notably had a quiet career before his somewhat controversial appointing as steward of Samtal. Terrowak grew up in Curst and worked as a servant for Izim Serana Pallinee as well as her bodyguard. A skilled mage, Terrowak notably helped to train warmages in The Crossed Shields before committing himself to a semi-retirement and focused on a career within the government of Curst. Terrowak proved to be shrewd, quiet and thoughtful in Razdelin and perfectly foiled the hot blooded and impetuous Serana Pallinee. As a result, when a steady hand was needed for the expanding project in Samtal, Terrowak was chosen as steward of the space to oversee it's growth and progress. Terrowak wields a simple wooden wand of varnished oak with an ivory bone handle inscribed with the knowledge he has collected in his lifetime upon it, a soul arm symbolic of his intellect and experience.
