We don't see much of them these days truthfully, Dreamer Aniculusorum is a fiery character when they come out of their workshop to make sure the nation is working. I think they are starting to see the nation as a large project, each person is a gear to be oiled on occassion.

Phraser Aniculusorum is the reigning dreamer of the state based nation of Anotheros. A prodigiously talented inventor who is credited with introducing firearms to the world as well as gunpowder and explosives.
They are an attractive Kalashtar despite their greying and older features and has tanned skin and hard hands from forge work and tinkering, rthey're also skinny in build, often going days without eating when they have an idea for a radical new invention.

General Physical Condition

Phraser is thin and emaciated, with many of his close associates in Diamond-Crest often being concerned about his health and wellbeing as he will abstain from eating to see out a project he has recently received inspiration for.
However, this narrow mindedness is part of the reason Diamond-Crest and by extension the rest of Anotheros isn't seeing the growth or harmony it expected when electing a man as honest as Phraser.
