Xander Adlen

Xander Adlen is a businessman and industrialist first and foremost, his industry just happens to be cutting edge magic and weapons which has deeply benefited many different groups and nations before Anotheros offered him Diamond-Crest and almost complete immunity from their laws if he promised they would be the only nation to enjoy his creations, Xander agreed of course and rules over the city now with his own mindset of man's success above all else. Xander Adlen, to his credit, came from a background of poverty where only his magical skill and hard work (as well as his ingenious creations) allowed him to rise above his station in life. His Soul Arm is a plain black cane that has his own personal crest on it's end.
