Diamond-Crest
A pit of thievery, shattered dreams and chaos that is all overseen by men who wanted nothing more than profit and influence. It is a space of chaos and wrong-doing that must be purged.Diamond-Crest is widely regarded by most to be the 'true capital' of Anotheros both in terms of wealth and technological progress. The city is still young in it's life and inception but has already attracted alot of attention for both good and bad reasons. The city is ruled by Xander Adlen who makes use of a free market belief with the notion that military, police and laws are established to constrain and slow down the greatest minds in the world from reaching their full potential and so his city was built on the simple idea of 'Uncontrolled, Adventurous, Brilliance' with any who threaten to disrupt the great minds of Diamond-Crest being executed. Some view the city as a utopia of the mind for this reason, fashioning individuals into shrewd businessmen and tough adventurous inventors. But many outside this space see the city as an anarchist hub that lacks kindness and control. Especially with it's many thieves guilds and drug substance influences permeated throughout it. To say nothing of the abusive workforces and rampant capitalist tendencies of the space with no way to guide or control it's endless desire to compete and profit no matter the cost.

Demographics
Being a city of opportunity, there is a wide variety of inabitants of the city and it is colourful and interesting in that regard though it is also very independent in this way too with a variety of strange and interesting rivalries and partnership scattered across it.
Infrastructure
The city is maintained moderately well despite the chaos that surrounds it though the people of the city rarely try to improve things, leaving much of their cleaning and hygiene to robots and homunculi.
The city architecture is built around high rise flats and apartments for fitting as many people in as possible for a cheap price, this often gives the city the feel of a slum and is a hotspot for crime.
