Mhor
We have been working hard here to build this space as one that is experimental and exceptional that is why Mhor is ever-changing. Residents aren't just part of a living space... they are part of a living, breathing, progressing project. The capital of Northern Razdelin and ruled by Izim Faralda Pallinee who has built the town around the cutting edge magic and research of Razdelin, a culture that has been cultivated for years by Faralda. Mhor is a unique and 'new-built' city in North Razdelin that very much rose from the bones of it's former space that was destroyed during the Cataclysm of Razdelin. Mhor, for this reason, had to grow fast to give accommodation and homes to the scattered populace of Razdelin. This left the city in a state of disrepair for many years and led to it gaining it's nickname of 'The Project'.
- The Head of Magical Architecture Xerneed Tythe'all makes a speech to Crow-Harkening about the structures and buildings within Mhor.
Demographics
The populace of Mhor are varied and multi-cultural. This has become more the case due to North Razdelin's desire to bond with other nations in Thysia leading to it taking a variety of nationalities into their city.
Though North Razdelin represent freedom and opportunity for many, their tighter bond with Paradosia have led to them taking more seriously the values around soul Arms and their designs.
Government
The city is lived in and ruled by Faralda Pallinee who uses it as a base of operations to run North Razdelin.
She has a wide array of dignitaries and hand picked advisors at her disposal, especially The Ilustraie Family whom she has built a strong relationship with.
Infrastructure
The city of Mhor acts as a constantly growing project of magic and technology melding with one another.
As a result, this city is one of the most modern city's in Thysia due to the need to grow it quickly and constantly improve it.
Much of this growth is shown by the creation of Crystal Veining in the Samtal Education Centre that Faralda has begun to share with other cities for a price.
The crystal veining gives the city heat throughout, water and magical maintenance as well as acting as a system of communication for the governments in the city.
History
Mhor needed to be built up from it's ashes and so it has had many transformations over the centuries. As a result, the minds and academics of North Razdelin immediately committed themselves to rebuilding Mhor. This turned Mhor from a slum-like space of desperation to a functioning town and now the experiment continues as Mhor has become a large city and hub for North Razdelin that is still progressing and growing... though the influences from Paradosia have already begun to creep into Mhor with new technology and improvements being gifted to the spaces of affluence and influence before the less affluent spaces benefit within the city.
