Samtal Education Centre

The Samtal Education Centre is a huge campus in the large town of Samtal in Northern Razdelin. The education centre acts as a space of education for all manner of subjects from trades, to art subjects to (it's specialty) magical training. 
The centre's true strength is in it's ability to take the culture of apprentices and make itself a hub for those apprenticeships, offering structured work for students working under employers and masters.
