Crystal Veining

A truly wondrous creation, a variety of applications and a great way to use magic to power the city, the creator of this invention was a genius on all fronts without a doubt.

Crystal veining is a creation that emerged from the Samtal Education Centre and was used by Head of Architecture Xerneed Tythe'all to power the city of Mhor. It's creation and use has elevated Mhor's status as a city and acts as a symbol that could usher in a new age across Thysia.

Utility

Crystal Veining has a variety of uses in a magical sense and is seen as something like a 'wonder tech' by many throughout Thysia.  Crystal Veining's benefits include:

• Being able to oscillate between temperatures with ease, allowing crystal veining, when laced into a structure, to either heat or cool it with ease. 
• Amplifying magic when laced through a spell component or weapon. 
• Being used as a set of tubing to transport liquid akin to a sewer system or water drain. 
• Increases the speed of travelling constructs moving across it, allowing indidividuals to travel along Crystal Veining with increased speed and convenience.

Access & Availability

This is still a commodity being built in Razdelin and so is not widely available except for within the city of Mhor.

Complexity

Crystal Veining has been described as a deeply complex process to build and create that often still has many mistakes with dangerous consequences. As a result, the technology is very closely protected.

Discovery

Crystal Veining was created in the Samtal Education Centre but it's method of creation has not been revealed.
