Milo am Tabori
Lord Baron Milo am Tabori
Milo am Tabori was the former Baron of Mull and the last Baron of the Noble House of Tabori.
Milo is most often remembered for being exposed as a deviant and a slaver by Hayden Highfield, now the current Baron of Mull. When Hayden discovered Milo's reprehensible behavior, he exposed the Baron to the Court at Southridge, and King Mak II had Milo arrested to be brought to Southridge for trial. Milo escaped his captors, however, and managed to make his way north for nearly 10 months in an attempt to flee to Colo where he hoped to find sanctuary and safety.
Milo was again captured in the wilds near Norfot in the Duchy of Hekmo by a highly skilled Halfling named Tom Herden. He was imprisoned by the Duke of Hekmo (his former friend and ally), Turl am Nari. The High King of Imesse, Max II was in the Duchy at the time, and presided over the rather cursory trial of Milo's crimes. Milo was beheaded at the order of the High King and his head was placed on a pike and delivered by courier to Southridge as proof that justice had been served.
The Tabori family was removed from the baronial seat of Mull, and the Barony granted to Hayden Highfield as the first Halfling elevated to the ruling nobility in all the High Kingdom at the insistence of King Mak II.

Personal history
From a young age, Milo was known to be "not normal". As a young child, he was oft noted to be quiet and quite cold, never seeking (or receiving) any sort of physical or emotional attention from his family. As he grew into his teens, he was caught abusing and even torturing the ever-present cats of Mull Castle and was even known to have skinned one of his father's prized hunting hound's pups while it was still alive and screaming.
At the age of 15 Milo was training with a young male page very early in the day. By the time the kitchen called to the men and staff in the Castle yard to breakfast, it was discovered that the boy had been brutally beaten with what appeared to be a wooden sword. The beating dealt to the boy had ruptured one of his eyes, knocked out all his front teeth, and reduced the back of his skull to a pulp. The young boy never regained his senses enough to identify his attacker before he died of his injuries, but few doubt that it was his training partner, the Baron's grandson, who was later found reclining in a nearby stream, naked and smiling.
Personality Characteristics
Vices & Personality flaws
The 18 children bound and gagged within the crates that were rescued by Hayden Highfield all gave statements concerning the manner in which they were abducted and tortured prior to being shipped off by Tabori for slavery in Colo. The children's tales were horrific and heartbreaking and shed light on a degree of deviancy and predation towards the weakest of the Barony's subjects by Tabori that was utterly unthinkable. These children ranged in age from 11 years to less than 4 years, and all had been abused in unthinkable ways by Tabori's own hands.
