Universe #313

This is the universe STEVE! comes from. It is the twin universe to Universe #314 and operates almost identically. The only difference is that it is also governed by the laws of magic as well as the laws of physics. Because they are fused, it is possible for some channeling of magical energy from #313 to #314.
