War fought over a Rikavi artifact. This artifact could possibly bring people back from the dead if restored and charged with enough energy. When news broke out of a HEX Mainframe science team finding this artifact, many factions fought to obtain it for themselves, such as the Hyperion Federation, Cypher Dominion and Sulethis Republic. Before any faction could restore it, a Cataclysm - Class Star Annihilator obliterated the planet it was on at the time with its synchrotron, preventing a CD assault force from capturing it rapidly. This seems to have destroyed the necro device.
