Transparent Déng

An Irziell Pioneer aligned with the Hyperion Federation who bravely gave up their life to save a Freelancer Starship from a Xalarin Council anti orbital weapon.
At the time, Déng was about 750 years old and 1.5 m tall, which is fairly tall for an irziell. He realised that the freelancer would make a much larger impact on the HF-XC war than himself, and would ultimately save more lives in turn. He felt a sense of duty to protect his people.
As he noticed the orbital particle cannon aim, Déng flung himself at it using his jetpack. He skillfully avoided several enemy gunshots but was eventually hit, causing him to fall onto the walkway under the barrel. Using his immense skill in fighting as a pioneer, he defeated a large number of Xalarin forces (who used special atmospheric shields, which contained the unique atmospheric composition and temerature needed for Xalarin life, to be able to live on the planet). While still being chased by other forces, Déng began throwing grenades into various openings built into the gun itself for cooling. He missed, before finding another group of enemy combatants. He took hits and fell down, but in a final act of defiance he throws his last grenade, which enters the weapon itself this time. This has caused a very powerful explosion to occur inside the barrel and cause the entire building to fall apart immediately. Déng was killed in the explosion.
