Ralenat

Ralenat is a planet with several cities and a significant population of the Hyperion Federation. It had a population of 6 billion souls. During the first Hyperion - HEX War, Ralenat was invaded and occupied by the HM.  The HF had little in terms of preperations for an invasion. This reduced the population of the world significantly as the HM took them of world to be assimilated. However, they were put back on the world after assimilation. The planet needed people to keep it running rather than turn into a ruin.
The first move of the HM while invading the world was to move a Teleport Jammer into high orbit. This made it impossible to make use of Teleporters to retreat.
They then deployed HEX Pox onto the world.
The HM then deployed a large amount of ATVs over strategic areas of the world, supported by orbital bombardment and jamming. They deployed ATVs in such a large quantity and velocity that overwhelmed HF anti air defences. They landed on ground. They overwhelmed those strategic locations and captured them. as the HF forces retreated, the invasion became more difficult but ultimately HF logistics and chain of command were defeated.

However, later in the war, Rlenat was freed from HM control. The HF actually had a significant military force at their disposal this time. The HF removed the chips that HM added to their people's brains to assimilate them. Additionally, the war ended shortly before the HM was about to invade again. After the war, HM kept deploying Hex Pox as it lay very close to the HM border. Because of this, many left the world to find home elsewhere, but for those that remained, the culture of the planet is a warrior culture. The people keep a close eye on possible Hex Pox symptoms.
