Paneflrang sometimes uses his eye ability to secretly communicate with others as there is no known method to intercept communications done this way. Sometimes entire meetings about very secret topics are made purely with Paneflrang constantly using his eye ability  and conducted entirely through that.
Many who have met him have seen him bow to them as greetings. This is a mostly habitual gesture he makes to people sometimes. This has mostly been made habitual due to the culture he grew up in where this was common.
There was an assassination attempt on Paneflrang at one point by the Purity of the Stars. He was hit, but managed to survive the bullet due to the advanced healthcare of the HF. This bullet hole, which formed on his left upper torso, was patched but the impact zone is still visible (when he isnt wearing anything over it).
Paneflrang also likes to wear his one watch in particular. He had this watch since he was 12 and has become very attached to it. This is also a defining feature of Paneflrang, and almost all depictions of him feature the watch.
